The Anxiety and Depression Association of America America is a nonprofit organization out to assist
those struggling with depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses. The organization stays up
to date with new research and ways to help individuals cope with their diagnosed mentalillnesses.

Emotions Anonymous

Emotions Anonymous is an organization set out to provide support and education in the form
of a twelve-step class for those suffering with mental illnesses at different stages of life. With over 300 units worldwide, Emotions Anonymous stays up to date on continuous research about mental illness.

National Institute of Mental Health

The National Institute of Mental Illness is one of twenty-seven centers that make up the
National Institute of Health. With continuous research into various mental illnesses and how they affect wellbeing, the organization stays up to date with treatments and education that can provide aid.

Ben’s Bell Project

Ben’s Bells is a nonprofit organization stationed in Tucson, Arizona that attributes its ceramic
ornaments as a symbol for peace and community connection. For over twenty years, this organization has aimed to promote kindness and non-judgement with heavy ties to the mental
wellness industry.
